We all make mistakes! Let us know if we’ve missed the mark. All errors must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Any errors reported after the allotted 14 days may not receive a refund.

Made an error on your order? Contact us. We review order cancellations on a case by case basis. Please note, we cannot do anything once an order has been shipped. Orders are shipped at 12:00 PM on Fridays, please see our shipping policy for further details.
