Shipping Policy
Shipping processing time
All orders are processed on Friday at 12:00 PM. Any orders received after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Friday. In the case of Canadian holidays, shipments may not be processed until the following business day.
Deliveries will be made on business days. If Phase Vintage Shop is experiencing high volumes of orders, some shipments may be delayed to the following business day. Orders will be processed in the order that they are received. If we anticipate a delay of more than two days, we will contact you by email (if provided at the time of purchase.)

*This is an estimation of delivery times and may be longer depending on volume shipments with provider, seasonal circumstances, and customs.
**Please note that large orders and bulky items may be subject to additional shipping fees that could not be automatically charged at checkout. If additional fees apply we will contact you directly about your order prior to shipping.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Currently we only offer shipping through ChitChats and Canada Post. If you have a P.O. box, APO address, or FPO address, we may not be able ship to you. Please contact us directly for special arrangements (note that shipping costs may be more.)
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
If an email is provided at the time of purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when the order is shipped.
Customs, duties, taxes and tariffs
Phase Vintage Shop is not responsible for any customs or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
*Please note, if you are ordering from the United States as of March 4, 2025, your item will be subject to tariffs depending on the country of origin of your items. This will be emailed to you after your purchase. (Eg-if you order 2x tops made in USA, 1x dress made in Canada, you will be charged a tariff on the dress payable to the United States government)
Damages
Phase Vintage Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please remember that our products are previously used and may already have gentle wear and tear.
International Shipping Policy
Currently we only offer shipping in Canada and United States of America. Please contact us directly for orders outside of Canada or the United States of America. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate shipping outside Canada and United States but we will do our best to arrangement where applicable.
